The 2007-2008 Annual Fund
Make A Difference For An Education That Matters!
The Annual Fund supports every aspect of the school and our students’ education. Please make a difference by contributing to the 2007-2008 Annual Fund. Our goal is $750,000 and gifts must be received by June 30, 2008.
The most important facts to remember about the Annual Fund are:

The Annual Fund provides 5% of the School’s operating budget. Our school's operating budget supports the obvious expenses like financial aid, faculty salaries, books for the library, and new technologies. It also provides the electricity and heat for the school, as well as building and grounds maintenance. And where the operating budget falls short, the Annual Fund contributes to the difference.

Tuition covers only 83% of the income that our school counts on to balance the budget and Annual Fund gifts contribute to that difference.

Pledges can be made to the Annual Fund throughout the year and must be paid off by June 30, 2008.

Our goal is 100% parent participation. Every gift matters at any level of giving!

Many Annual Fund contributions can be matched by the donor’s employer. If you have questions about whether your gift qualifies for a matching gift, please contact the Development Office.

Both cash and appreciated securities can be used for Annual Fund gifts.

Lower School: Annie Strain (Parent of ’16 and ’18 students)
Middle School: Rachel Nathanson (Parent of ’13 student) and Tom Miller (Parent of ’09 and ’12 students)
Upper School: Janice Magee-Huseby and Tom Huseby (Parents of ’10 and ’12 students)
We are extremely grateful to all of our dedicated volunteers who work throughout the year to achieve the goal. They are an interracial component to the Annual Fund’s success!
