The Bush School Library values its volunteers. Many parents find helping out in the library is a good way to stay in touch with their child's school experience without the direct contact of classroom work. Parents of Lower School students often like to volunteer during their child's weekly library class to help us check their books in and out. In the Middle School and beyond, we don't need as much help during the library classes but we can still use parents for shelving, processing books, making displays and preparing overdue notices.
