Director of Enrollment Management and Communications
Polly works closely with applicant families looking at Bush Lower School (K-5) and Upper School (9-12) in addition to administering the school’s financial aid program. She is a member of the school administrative group and oversees K-12 enrollment and communications.
Polly joined The Bush School in 2010 having served at her alma mater Hathaway Brown School in Cleveland, OH in various roles in admissions and as director for the Center for Girls’ and Women’s Leadership and assistant director of the Upper School and dean of students. She received her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and a master's in education from the University of Vermont.
Polly spends her free time coaching her daughters’ lacrosse teams and running with her dog Flip along Lake Washington. Her two daughters are in the Bush classes of 2025 and 2023.
Casi works closely with applicant families to answer questions, provide support for Ravenna and applications, and coordinate student visits, campus tours, and welcome events.
Casi is a passionate advocate for education and joined The Bush School from Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Gallatin County in Bozeman, Montana where she worked as an Enrollment and Match Support Specialist managing each stage of participant enrollment. She attended Montana State University Honor College and was a Fulbright Scholar serving as an English teacher in Malaysia from January to November 2017.
In her free time, Casi enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, and exploring Seattle. If she’s indoors, you most likely can find her scanning recipes for the next thing to cook, attempting crosswords, or reading.
Gretchen leads the Middle School admissions program. She enjoys giving campus tours for parents and guardians and hosts student visits throughout the admissions season.
Gretchen brings admissions experience from the middle, high school and graduate school levels. Before joining Bush, Gretchen worked as the assistant director of admissions at the Castilleja School in Palo Alto, an independent school serving girls in grades six through twelve. She also served as the assistant director of admissions at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Gretchen spends her free time acclimating to the Pacific Northwest climate, enjoying CrossFit workouts and hanging out with her husband, Jason (a Bush alum) and their daughter Ryan, a member of The Bush School Class of 2027.
Suzanna leads the admissions parent volunteer program and supports Lower School tours and student visit days. In addition, she coordinates the ISEE and SSAT testing dates on campus.
Suzanna has a background in educational psychology and has been an avid parent volunteer in admissions during her nine years as a Bush parent. She has served as a school psychologist for the Federal Way Public Schools, and administered psychological and academic tests for clinical neuropsychologists. Suzanna has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and a master’s in education with specialization in school psychology from the University of Washington.
Her three daughters are in the Bush classes of 2029, 2024, and 2021. Suzanna is a Seattle native and enjoys gardening, photography and spending time with friends.
