Director of Enrollment Management and Communications
Polly oversees enrollment management and communications at The Bush School.
Polly joined The Bush School in 2010 having served at her alma mater Hathaway Brown School in Cleveland, OH in various roles in admissions and as director for the Center for Girls’ and Women’s Leadership and Assistant Director of the Upper School and Dean of Students. She received her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and a master's in education from the University of Vermont.
Polly spends her free time coaching her daughters’ lacrosse teams and running with her dog Flip along Lake Washington. Her two daughters are in the Bush classes of 2025 and 2023.
Adam leads the K-12 admissions and financial aid program at Bush. He works closely with applicants applying to Upper School (9-12) and administers the financial aid program.
Adam joined Bush in July 2019, and has worked in admissions in independent schools including his alma mater St. George’s School in Newport, Rhode Island. Adam joined Bush from The Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn, NY where he served as the Associate Director of Middle and Upper School Admissions. Adam received his bachelor’s degree from Colby College, majoring in history with a minor in education. During his time at Colby, Adam served as a two-time captain and All-American on the men’s basketball team.
In his free time, Adam enjoys skateboarding, playing basketball and exploring Seattle. As a new resident of the Pacific Northwest, he looks forward to taking advantage of the outdoors.
Casi works with applicant families applying to the Lower School and Middle School. She coordinates campus tours, student visits, and welcome events.
Casi is a passionate advocate for education and joined The Bush School in 2018 from Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Gallatin County in Bozeman, Montana. She attended Montana State University Honors College and was a Fulbright Scholar serving as an English teacher in Malaysia from January to November 2017.
In her free time, Casi enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, and exploring Seattle. If she’s indoors, you most likely can find her scanning recipes for the next thing to cook, attempting crosswords, or reading.
Colleen works closely with applicant families to answer questions, provide support for Ravenna and applications, and coordinate student visits, campus tours, and welcome events.
Colleen joined The Bush School in December 2018, as a long-term substitute and classroom assistant in the Lower School, and joined the admissions office in August 2019. She previously served as Assistant to the Head of School and Co-Director of Admissions at Hyla Middle School on Bainbridge Island, where she also spent three years as a librarian and Spanish teacher. Colleen received her Bachelor’s Degree from Middlebury College, majoring in Geography and American Studies with a minor in Studio Art. She has spent time living in Chile and Nicaragua and has led student trips to Ometepe, Nicaragua with the Bainbridge-Ometepe Sister Islands Association.
In her free time, Colleen enjoys getting into the mountains for hiking or skiing, baking and cooking in her tiny kitchen, reading, and cheering on all Seattle sports teams.
