Service Club Wraps Up the Year with Connection and Creation!

Our final Lower School Service Club event of the year, Connection & Creation with Preschool Adventures Learning Center (PALC), marked the culmination of our eleventh Service Club event this year, bringing together thirty Bush students, thirteen PALC preschoolers, and sixteen parent and guardian volunteers for a joyful afternoon of creativity, connection, and community-building.

Students painted colorful rocks for the preschool garden, decorated plant pots, and enjoyed getting to know their younger buddies through shared activities. One of the highlights of the afternoon was watching our older students step into leadership roles as they helped preschoolers choose designs, share materials, write words, and create together. Their kindness, patience, and enthusiasm made the event especially memorable.
A special thank you to our parent and guardian volunteers for helping organize the event, setup, activities, cleanup, and all the details that kept the afternoon running smoothly. Your support helped create a welcoming and joyful experience for everyone involved.

Throughout the year, Service Club students have shown creativity, compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to strengthening our community. From environmental stewardship projects to supporting local organizations and building connections with our neighbors, they have made a meaningful impact both on and off campus. We are proud of all they have accomplished

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this year such a success. We look forward to creating more opportunities for service, learning, and community-building next year.

If you'd like to get involved with Service Club, have ideas for future projects, or know of community organizations that could be great partners, we'd love to hear from you.
