A mysterious patient checks herself into a psychiatric hospital claiming to be “dangerous” and refusing to answer questions except by quoting Edgar Allan Poe. Now, a new psychiatrist is trying to break through the many stories from Poe’s life and works to reach the patient hiding behind the words. But first, she must determine if the ghosts in the patient's mind are memories or something more. Edgar Allan Poe’s stories evoke a sense of terror and dread in readers, questioning the nature of reality, sanity, life, and death. His stories also match closely to the events of his often tragic life, and many readers have seen correlations to their own. Celebrate the fall season with stories that will leave you feeling haunted, and possibly questioning your own reality...
