2022-2023 Middle School Retreat Information

Bush Middle School students will each participate in a class retreat this September. Below you will find the dates and times of each retreat. Class specific information will be emailed out.

SEVENTH GRADE RETREAT INFORMATION — Wednesday September 7- Friday, September 9
The Seventh Grade will participate in a three-day-long overnight retreat at Camp Sealth on Vashon Island from Wednesday, September 7 through Friday, September 9. During the retreat, students will rotate through four different activities led by their teachers. The four rotations are sea kayaking, nature and art, team building, and service. In addition to these main activities, there will also be time for learning wilderness skills, day hikes, advisory bonding, a night hike, campfires, star talk, and more. SIXTH GRADE RETREAT INFORMATION — Friday September 16
Sixth Grade students and their teachers will spend the day on Friday, September 16 at Camp Sambica on the edge of Lake Sammamish in Bellevue. We expect to depart from school soon after the start of the school day and to return in the early evening. Click here for detailed information.
 
EIGHTH GRADE RETREAT INFORMATION — Tuesday, September 20 — Friday, September 23
Eighth Grade students and their teachers will enjoy their retreat in the Methow Valley from Tuesday, September 20 to Friday, September 23. We will stay on the Bush Methow Campus. We expect to depart from school soon after the start of the school day on Tuesday, September 20 and to return by late afternoon on Friday, September 23.
