Washington State Patrol Background Form Needed for Classroom Volunteers

If you are planning on volunteering in the classroom, or chaperoning on Field Trips in the 2023-2024 school year, please fill out a Washington State Patrol Background Form. A new form needs to be filled out every school year. Please print out the form and return it to your students classroom teacher.
