2018 Letter from the Chairs

Dear Families and Friends of The Bush School,

Later this week you will receive a digital invitation to Celebrate Bush 2018: An Evening Under the Stars, which will be held on Saturday March 17, 2018 at Fremont Studios, starting at 5:30 p.m.

Celebrate Bush is one of the few times a year that we gather the entire K-12 community together. At Celebrate Bush, we revel in what makes our school exceptional, and raise money for financial aid. The Bush School commits over $3.1 million toward a well-established need-based financial aid program benefiting 21% of students in Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade, so this truly is a “party with a purpose.” At Celebrate Bush, we have the opportunity to ensure as many kids as possible are given the chance to find their own North Star, discover and develop their own set of interests, and learn to navigate their own path with purpose and passion.

While our mission is an important one, we still plan to have a lot of fun! This year there will be amazing food, signature cocktails, a photo booth, wonderful experiences and wines to bid on, a mini dessert dash and, of course, music and dancing. Keep an eye out in the coming weeks on the school’s social media pages for information about auction items you will surely not want to miss, like Hamilton tickets, private dinners with some of Seattle’s premier chefs, fabulous getaways and many stellar class art projects.

We look forward to seeing you all on March 17!

Let’s make sure the sky is the only limit for our children!!
