During the first week of school, we asked faculty and staff to celebrate their tenure at Bush—from year one to year forty-two—with a photo. Check out this fun slideshow of pictures
of Bush faculty and staff from the first day of school. Faculty have taught at Bush for an average of 9.6 years, and an average of 15.7 years of total teaching. As founder Helen Taylor Bush said, “The most important factor in any school is the teacher.” Each year, the beginning of school is an extra-special reminder that amazing teachers are the heart of The Bush School. Faculty and staff at Bush work with students every day to spark a passion for learning, accomplishment, and contribution to their communities. For those who have taught generations, for those who are in their first weeks at Bush, and for everyone in between—we are grateful.
