COVID-19 Booster and Flu Shot Clinic - Saturday, December 9
The Bush School, in partnership with Safeway Pharmacy, will be holding a Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccination Booster and Flu Shot Clinic for current students, families, and faculty and staff on Saturday, December 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Bush Garage. Registration is required.

Immunizations available:
NEW 2023 Pfizer COVID-19 Booster (for ages 5+)
Influenza Quadrivalent Vaccine (6 months+)
Registration: You must sign-up prior to the event. There will be check boxes upon registering to choose which vaccines you would like to receive.
Date: Saturday, December 9
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Location: Bush Garage, located off E. Harrison Street and 33rd Ave E.
Ages: Listed above under Immunizations available section
Cost: Most costs are covered by your insurance (please check prior to arriving)
Parent volunteers are needed for this Flu/COVID Vaccine Clinic on Saturday 12/09. Two different 1.5 hour time shifts are available from 9am -12pm. No medical experience needed. Please use this link to the Signup Genius or email Sena Johnson or Families Association
