Strong candidates will understand how to nurture the individual strengths and gifts of students, while showing them how to use their abilities to help those in their community—both within and beyond the Bush School campus. Opportunities and Challenges
Partner with and support a dynamic, thoughtful, hard-working, and mission-aligned leadership team and Head of School.
Collaborate with others to align learning outcomes at each grade level are consistent and sequential.
Continue to develop and refine a thoughtful and intentional process for faculty feedback and professional growth.
Continue to fine-tune the schedule to ensure that it best supports students and their learning.
Examine, evolve, and strengthen the academic program that honors and includes experiential learning and social emotional learning.
Navigate and innovate within compact facilities. The division is the smallest both in terms of student population and physical footprint.
Support and deepen the priorities as articulated in the Strategic Framework 2018-2020.

Collaborative, effective, and pragmatic skills as an administrator.
Enthusiastic community-builder and connector—highly visible and engaged around school and within the local community.
