Girls turn in impressive performance against Bellevue Christian

Alec Osenbach
Despite playing at a difficult and unfamiliar course, the Bush girls golf team played very well against Bellevue Christian on Thursday.
Led by an exceptional round from Katie D., the girls tallied 29 points at the difficult Overlake Golf and Country Club. Though the young team (3 sophomores and 3 freshmen) was defeated by the older and more experienced Bellevue Christian team, the Bush squad showed that they will be a force in years to come. The team was led by Katie's 18 points, which were second only to Bellevue Christian's #1 golfer. Next was Jillian K. who continued her run of impressive play. Alana and Megan also scored for Bush.
