New Online Tuition Payment Portal – Total Biller
Our new online tuition payment portal is now live. Total Biller allows families to pay their monthly bills electronically using a credit card or via ACH.
How do I access Total Biller? Total Biller can be accessed by clicking here. Total Biller can also be accessed through the Online Bill Pay Resource Tile on the Bush Community Portal.
How do I log into Total Biller? To log into Total Biller as an enrolled user, you must first register your account using the ‘Register Now’ button. To complete your registration, you will need your Bush Student Account Number (eg. BUSHHE) and security PIN (your home zip code), both of which are listed on the student account statements mailed to your home each month.
Once you have logged into Total Biller, you will be able to view your account statements, create a profile, enroll in automatic payment plans, link multiple student accounts, view past payment activity, and edit your notifications.
How do I make a one-time payment? To make a one-time payment click on the ‘One Time Payment’ button and log in using your Bush Student Account Number (eg. BUSHHE) and security PIN (your home zip code). You do not need to register your account to make a one-time payment.
Are there any fees for using Total Biller? There is no fee for ACH payments. If you would like to pay using a credit card, please be aware that there is a 3.0% surcharge for credit card payments. This fee is not collected nor retained by Bush, and Bush receives no portion of it. This fee is used to offset the cost of credit card processing.
Will Bush still accept paper checks? Yes. Families can continue to make payments using paper checks if they prefer. Checks can be mailed to:
