Information on Updating Your Tuition Payment Plan
All payment plan changes must be submitted no later than Friday, May 23, prior to the June 1 billing date. Once the billing cycle has begun, we will not be able to adjust the payment plan. As a reminder, if you selected the Nine (9) Payment Plan, it does include a total service charge of 3% of parental contribution towards tuition. By selecting the Nine (9) Payment Plan, you are agreeing to the 3% service charge, which will be added evenly to the nine (9) payments. This service charge does not apply for the One (1) Payment Plan or Three (3) Payment Plan. For those who have opted for Tuition Insurance through Dewar, your 2025-2026 tuition profile will be billed at the end of June. You will have until Sunday, June 15 to opt in/out of this service. Please note, billing for the 2025-2026 school year begins on Sunday, June 1, with the first payment due by Monday, June 30.
If you have questions regarding the payment plan you chose, or whether you opted in or declined Tuition Insurance, you can refer to your completed Enrollment Agreement for the 2025-2026 school year by logging into The Bush School's Community Portal. In the upper right corner where you'll see your name, click the drop-down menu and select File & Forms, then click the box "Show Completed".
