Middle School E-week Reminder: Travel Availability Check
Middle School E-week placements will be announced in early February. As we finalize rosters, we want to check in with families in case there have been any changes to travel plans, team commitments, or availability that could affect your student’s participation in E-Week (Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, June 5 with some programs including extended travel).
If your family’s availability has changed, especially if your student listed Morocco, Japan, or Voices of the Bayou among their ranked choices, please reach out to the Middle School E-Week Coordinator Sarah Kennedy as soon as possible so we can adjust placements before they are announced. Once rosters are finalized, it may not be possible to fill vacated spots on certain trips.
