Learning Differences Support Group Parent Conversation: Helping Kids Self-Advocate - Thursday, April 2

Bush parents and guardians are warmly invited to join the Learning Differences Support Group for an informal conversation focused on supporting students as they learn to advocate for themselves at school.

This gathering offers a welcoming space for parents and guardians to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another as we partner to help students better understand their strengths, communicate their needs, and grow as confident learners.

Parents and guardians of Middle and Upper School students may find this discussion especially helpful as students begin to take on more independence in their learning. Lower School parents and guardians are also very welcome; early conversations about self-advocacy can be a helpful foundation as students grow and take on new academic and social challenges.

Date: Thursday, April 2
Time: 2:00 p.m.
Location: MLK Community Center, Room 104
Please contact Parent Group Leader Alex Hinderliter to RSVP or with any questions.
