Information on Updating Your Tuition Payment Plan, Tuition Insurance, and Billing
If you are interested in updating your tuition payment plan or opting into Dewar’s Tuition Insurance, please reach out to Accounts Payable and Student Billing Manager Nichole Warren.
All payment plan changes must be submitted no later than Friday, May 22, prior to the Monday, June 1 billing date. Once the billing cycle has begun, we will not be able to adjust the payment plan. For those who have opted for Tuition Insurance through Dewar, your 2026-2027 tuition profile will be billed at the end of June, being reflected on your July statement. You will have until Sunday, June 21 to opt in/out of this service.
Please note, billing for the 2026-2027 school year begins on Monday, June 1, with the first payment due by Tuesday, June 30. Blackbaud Tuition Management does not rollover balances, payment methods or autopay from one school year to the next. We encourage you to toggle between the school session years to see if you have any outstanding balances in the 2025-2026 school year that may also be due on Tuesday, June 30.
If you have questions regarding the payment plan you chose, or whether you opted in or declined Tuition Insurance, you can refer to your completed Enrollment Agreement for the 2026-2027 school year by logging into The Bush School's Community Portal. In the upper right corner where you'll see your name, click the drop-down menu and select File & Forms, then click the box "Show Completed".
