Middle School Third Annual Pickleball Pro-Am - Tuesday, November 10

We are excited to invite you to our Middle School Pro-Am Pickleball Open Play event, where the students become the professionals and our adult players are the "amateurs.” Middle School students will serve as the “pros,” teaming up with adult players for a fun and friendly competition!
Middle School Pickleball Pro-Am Open Play
Date: Tuesday, November 10
Time: 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Location: Schuchart Gym

How to Participate:
All current Middle School students are encouraged to attend. Each student must pair with an adult of their choosing, who will serve as their amateur partner. Adult partners can be family members, caretakers, teachers, advisors, or other Bush faculty and staff members. If your child does not have an adult partner but would like to participate, please have them check in with Middle School P.E. Faculty Ms. Wheeler or Marcelino Dumpit Jr.
  • Open Play Format: Rotate through games and play with different partners in a relaxed and supportive environment (this format is seen across parks in Seattle) Here is a helpful link to understand Paddle Stacking/Open Play.
  • Bring Your Own Paddle: If you have a paddle, please bring it! If not, we will provide them for your team.
  • Skill-Building: Show off your skills as you compete against other mixed (Pro-Am) doubles teams, all skill levels are welcome
  • Connect: Strengthen bonds with your partner and connect with other players from the community
Please reach out to Middle School P.E. Teacher Ms. Wheeler at sarah.wheeler@bush.edu with any questions. We look forward to seeing you on the courts!
