Back-to-School Forms Session for Parents/Guardians

This is an in-person session with School Wellness Coordinator, Happy Salinas-Santos, and August Schools Administrator Tammy Gyapong, after forms for the 2026-27 school year have been activated. Bring any questions you have and pick up printed copies of forms to be completed by your child's healthcare provider.
