5 Questions with the Bush Health Panel, Veronika Zantop

In the most recent installment of our series 5 Questions with the Bush Health Panel, Veronika Zantop (Isaac ’24 & Max ’27), Psychiatrist at Swedish Medical Center, shares resources and practices on how to approach mental health and stress as we head into the winter. The pandemic has presented unique challenges for all of us that make centering mental health and wellness important now more than ever.

The Bush Health Panel is composed of physicians, psychiatrists, immunology researchers, and private sector health care leaders who meet twice monthly to consult with and advise the school on health-related issues around COVID-19.
