Bush Student-Athletes Celebrate Commitment to College Athletics

As the calendar turns to May, the Class of 2022 time at Bush is coming to a close; however, it is also a time of celebration and new beginnings. In front of family and friends in the Community Room on Tuesday, May 3, four Bush senior student-athletes celebrated their commitment to compete at the next level collegiately.
“These athletes are exemplary ambassadors of our athletics program and our school as a whole. Thanks to their leadership and drive to excel at the highest levels, they left a lasting impact on their sports programs and teammates,” Bush Athletics Director Jo Ito said. “We wish them all the best as they approach their final weeks here at Bush and as they begin their collegiate sports careers starting in the fall.”

The following student-athletes were recognized for their contributions to Bush athletics and their continued pursuit at the next level:
  • Abby G.: Cross Country/Track – Colorado College (Division III)
  • Amanda G.: Golf – Trinity College (Division III)
  • Kaito H.: Soccer – Swarthmore College (Division III)
