Middle School Winter Drama Production - Into the Wild Woods

In the Wild Woods, an original production written by Middle School teachers Joanne Keegan and Lucy Alexander and performed by students in the Middle School Winter Drama E-lective. The woods on the stage are both a magical realm and a place of excitement and danger; the unknown where anything can happen! In this comic show, here are just a few characters you'll meet: mythological creatures, monsters, bunnies, villains, heroines, talking trees, giants, orphans, wandering adventurers, wolves looking for pastries from baskets, fairies, elves, and comedians.

In this showcase, students work with course leaders Joanne Keegan and Lucy Alexander to help to direct, and create the lighting, costumes, and set pieces. In the Wild Woods debuts this February in Benaroya Theater with evening performances on Wednesday, February 15, and Thursday, February 16.
