The Annual Fund's Impact: Spotlight on ssociate Director of Admissions and Financial Aid Caitlin Cataldo

During the Annual Fund, we are highlighting faculty and staff across campus to share both how supporting the School’s operating budget through the Annual Fund helps our educational programs flourish, and why our amazing faculty and staff choose to be a part of the Annual Fund.

This week, we are highlighting Caitlin Cataldo, Associate Director of Admissions and Financial Aid for the Upper School. Now in her third year at Bush, Caitlin plays a vital role in admissions and engages with students through the student ambassador program, as a Ninth Grade advisor, and as a member of the Ninth Grade faculty and staff team.

“I see the impact of the Annual Fund every day,” Caitlin shares. “It enhances daily teaching and learning at Bush in countless ways. I see it when buses line up for field trips, when teachers return energized from professional development, and when students participate in international trips that were previously not accessible to them.”

Support for the Annual Fund directly empowers the admissions team to do their best work in advocating for The Bush School. A portion of the fund supports financial aid, helping make a Bush education accessible to families from all backgrounds.

For Caitlin, contributing to the Annual Fund is a reflection of her trust in the school.

“I’ve seen how the commitment from students, families, faculty and staff, and alumni fuels our shared vision - to be a place where young people from diverse backgrounds are inspired to deepen their love of learning, embrace challenges, and lead with courage. My contribution to the Annual Fund is made with confidence in Bush’s unwavering dedication to its mission and to our students.”

Caitlin was drawn to Bush and remains inspired to do her work because the school consistently embodies its values.

“What’s remained true throughout my time here, is Bush’s clear sense of purpose,” Caitlin said. “Its commitment to experiential learning centers students, supports their academic success, and most importantly, nurtures their personal growth.”

Participation in the Annual Fund supports each classroom, teacher, and student at Bush. Be a part of that collective impact, and give to the Annual Fund today.

Every gift, of any amount, makes a difference!
