Reminder! New Process for Student Sign-In and Sign-Out Procedures
In keeping with our commitment to campus safety, thoughtful stewardship, and clear communication, we are expanding our visitor management software to include student sign-in and sign-out process.
Visitu (a school visitor management tool by PikmyKid), which many of you are familiar with from its use in welcoming and screening campus visitors, will now support accurate, real-time tracking of student arrivals and departures.
Beginning Tuesday, January 6, any arrival after the start of the school day or departure before dismissal will be recorded through this system. This update creates a more consistent process across all three divisions and helps ensure our awareness of student location as we transition into new routes and routines during campus construction.
