Back-to-School Forms Session For Parents and Guardians - Thursday, April 23

As we look ahead to the 2026–2027 school year, we invite parents and guardians of returning families and incoming Kindergarten students through rising seniors to join us for a helpful, in-person session focused on Back-to-School forms.

Back-to-School Forms Session For Parents and Guardians
Date: Thursday, April 23
Time: 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Location: Community Room (enter through the Lower School Campus gate)

At Bush, we know that strong partnerships between school and home help students thrive. This session is designed to make the process of completing required health and school forms clear, manageable, and connected to the care and support we provide every student.

Led by School Wellness Coordinator Happy Salinas-Santos, and August Schools Administrator Tammy Gyapong, this session will:
  • Walk you through what forms are required and why they matter
  • Provide guidance on how to complete your child’s information
  • Offer paper copies of any forms needed for your child’s healthcare provider
  • Create space for questions and one-on-one support
Whether you’re new to Bush or a returning family, this is a great opportunity to get organized early and ensure your student is ready for a strong start to the year.

We hope you’ll join us!
