Photo Retake Day - Tuesday, October 13
If your child missed the individual portrait date or a retake is desired, make-up photos are scheduled for Tuesday, October 13. Grey Sky Photography will be on campus from 8:15 a.m.-1:00 p.m. located in the school library.
Lower School students can have their photo taken between 8:45 - 10:00 a.m. and should let their teacher know they will be having their photo retaken. Middle and Upper School students are encouraged to have their photo taken during break and lunch time.
Please return your original portrait packet to the photographer. Keep your class photo if you ordered one as well as your ID. You will receive a new ID if you get a portrait taken on the make-up date. Class photos will not be re-taken, only individual portraits.

All students will be photographed for school files and the yearbook, so dress your best. Solid colors in medium to dark tones photograph well. Please avoid white, pastel, neon, and busy prints as they draw attention away from the subject.
A note about glasses: Glasses with anti-glare are recommended. We work really hard to avoid glare but some glasses make it impossible. AVOID glasses that do not have anti-glare coating, sapphire coating (reflects blue/purple) and transition glasses (they photograph like sunglasses in many cases). If you have any of these consider removing your glasses for the photo.
Please note: For all portraits, Grey Sky does not apply any filters to images. Any retouching to images must be ordered and indicated by the individual. In regard to the name associated with the photo, any community members– student, faculty, or staff– can ask Sheila to review the camera card for the spelling of their full name.
