Middle School Blazer Bash Expectations

Dear Bush Middle School Families,

We are excited to celebrate our students at our upcoming after-school athletic celebration, Blazer Bash on Friday, October 2. This event is a wonderful opportunity to build community, cheer on our teams, and share in the spirit of Bush.
To support student safety, clear supervision, and our shared responsibility for care of our community, please review the following attendance and dismissal expectations:
  • Students who remain on campus after the school day without a parent or guardian present must sign into Extended Day.
  • Students must be signed into Extended Day and are either in the MS Extended Day location or at Blazer Bash games in Schuchart.
  • Students may attend Blazer Bash without signing into Extended Day only if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event.
  • Students checked into Extended Day who attend the games may not leave campus and return (including trips to Pagliacci’s or the Shell gas station). Off-campus privileges are only permitted if a parent or guardian is present for the entirety of the event.
These guidelines help us ensure we know where students are at all times and reflect our commitment to student safety, stewardship, and community care.

We hope you’ll join us to celebrate our Blazers, this is always a joyful highlight of the season.

Warmly,

Michelle Amilicia
Middle School Dean of Students
