Fall Festival and Blazer Bash - Friday, October 2
Get ready, Blazers, because plans are underway for the annual Fall Festival on Friday,
October 2! This year Fall Festival is combining with Fall Blazer Bash for double the fun.
PARENT AND GUARDIAN K-12 VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Booth and Blazer Bash Volunteers
We are still in need of parents and guardians to help support a booth! While Fall Festival is primarily a school-day event for students, faculty, and staff, there are many opportunities for all K-12 parents and guardians to volunteer, including supporting booths with cotton candy, popcorn, face painting, and more. Upper School advisor groups host most of the booths, and it is incredibly helpful to have a small and mighty group of parent and guardian volunteers to help with the most popular booths. After Fall Festival is over, the fun will continue with our Fall Blazer Bash Volleyball games!
Kindergarten - Third Grade Parent and Guardian Volunteer Chaperones
Sign up to be a parent and guardian volunteer chaperone in your child’s grade level for Fall Festival! We are seeking a minimum of ten to twelve chaperones for each grade level (Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, and Third Grade) to help support our youngest students’ experience at Fall Festival. Fourth and Fifth Grade students may explore the festival with a buddy.
Reminder: Parents and guardians who volunteer for any opportunity in the classrooms and/or on field trips must fill out the Washington State Patrol Background Check document every academic year. Please turn this into your Division Assistant.
We understand not all parents and guardians of students this age are able to attend a school day event and appreciate volunteer chaperones ensuring our youngest students have a responsible adult to accompany them during this fun and festive event. Lower School faculty are also available to accompany students who may need a chaperone. If you plan to attend Fall Festival with your child and they are in Kindergarten through Third Grade, we ask that you RSVP for the event on the sign-up form.
Fall Festival will run from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Additional details on the dismissal schedule will be added soon.
Bus Service: For those who utilize the Blazer Bus, service remains at 3:45 p.m.

SPIRIT STORE: POP-UP SHOP
The Bush Spirit Store will have a pop-up shop from 1:00-3:00 p.m. (Location to be announced.) Come stop by to pick up some favorite Bush gear for your family at a discounted rate, including sweatshirts, T-shirts, hats, water bottles, and more. Students can pick up items that will be charged to their Student Account.

Bush students and families can purchase school gear in the following ways:
- School Account Charge: Students and families can charge gear from the school Spirit Store to their school account. The cost of these items will be added to the student’s monthly bill by the Business Office. Families are encouraged to have conversations with their child(ren) about expectations for spending.
