Extended Day

You provide the child, we provide the fun

Registration for Lower School Extended Day for December opened Monday, November 1 at 7:00 a.m. Please click here to access the registration form.
We are pleased to be able to reopen Lower School Extended Day this September. In order to maintain appropriate physical distance, the Lower School Extended Day program will limit the number of students who may register for programming each day. The maximum enrollment will be fifty students, not including those participating in the choir program and/or after-school club classes.
Reservations will be made one month at a time with individual days to select. In an effort to promote more equitable practices, we will prioritize single-parent working households and dual working households where Lower School Extended Day is needed as a necessary support to enable the working schedule of the parent(s)/guardian(s). If we reach capacity, the school will send out an email to registered families to self-identify their level of need for Extended Day during this transitional period.
Lower School Extended Day hours will remain the same as in past years:
  • Monday through Thursday from 3:15-6:00 p.m.
  • Friday from 2:30-6:00 p.m.
  • There will be some variation in protocols based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Washington State Department of Health (WADOH) guidelines.
We will not have any drop-in Lower School Extended Day opportunities. If a particular day you need is currently full, you may select to be on the waitlist and Morgan will email you to let you know if that day opens up for you. If you need to change your reservation after it is complete, or if you have any further questions, please contact Extended Day
If you receive financial aid from The Bush School, the cost of Lower School Extended Day and after-school club classes is covered at the same percentage as financial aid for tuition. For additional questions about financial aid, please contact Director of Admissions and Financial Aid Adam Choice.
