Spring Playoff Update

Boys Soccer
  • Conference Tournament Semifinals: Tuesday, May 7 - Bush at Overlake, 5:00 p.m.
    • The Boys' Varsity soccer team has emerged as one of the most competitive teams in the Emerald Sound Conference this year. They've fought hard in every match, and now they're gearing up to take on the number one seeded Overlake in the semifinals, vying for a spot in the state tournament. The top three teams in the tournament will secure a berth to the state championship.

Girls Tennis & Boys Tennis
  • Conference Tournament: Saturday, May 11 & Monday, May 13
  • Bi-District Tournament: Friday, May 17 & Saturday, May 18 
  • State Championships - May 24 and 25 - Yakima Tennis Club, Yakima WA
    • The Girls' Varsity tennis team has enjoyed one of its most successful seasons in recent history. With just one loss entering the final week of regular season play, the Blazers hold an impressive second place in the Emerald Sound Conference. Anticipation is high for the upcoming conference tournament, where the Blazers' top two doubles and singles teams will compete, aiming to advance to the Bi-District Tournament.
    • The boys doubles team, made up of Cal J. ’24 and Bernie R. ’24 successfully defended their conference and district championship last fall. They will head into the upcoming state championships as the favorites as they attempt to defend their state title.
Girls Golf & Boys Golf 
  • Conference Tournament May 9 - Willows Run Golf Course
  • Bi-Districts May 14 - North Bellingham Golf Course
  • State Championship May 21 & 22 - Riverside Golf Club (Chehalis)
    • The three members of the small, but mighty Girls Varsity golf team had a successful season clinching victories in several matches. Each of them qualified for the conference championship tournament, where they will vie for the chance to advance to the Bi-District Championships in Bellingham.
    • The sole representative of the Blazers Boys Golf team at the Conference Tournament will be Jordy Y. '25. Having achieved qualifying scores during the fall season, he has dedicated countless hours to honing his skills on the course in anticipation of the upcoming tournament. Like the members of the girls team, he also aims to progress to the Bi-District Tournament in Bellingham.
    • The top sixteen girls and top twenty-two boys will move on from the Conference Championship to Bi-Districts.
Ultimate Frisbee
  • Tuesday, May 7, 3:30 p.m. vs SAAS at Washington Park 
    • In their second year of collaboration with Holy Names Academy, the Girls' Varsity ultimate team (known as Hush) has continued to strengthen the foundation laid in the previous school year. As one of the top teams in the Emerald Sound Conference, the Hush players have positioned themselves for a deep postseason run, aiming to secure a spot in the state tournament for the first time in several years.
Track and Field 
  • Conference Championships: Thursday, May 9 and Saturday, May 11 - Granite Falls
  • Bi-District Championships: Thursday, May 16 and Saturday, May 18 - Granite Falls
  • State Championships: Thursday, May 23 - Saturday, May 25 - Yakima  
    • Under the leadership of first-year head coach and Olympic hopeful Ray Wells, the Blazers Track & Field team has enjoyed a successful regular season, marked by numerous personal records and a new school record in the 300m hurdles (43.42 - achieved by Xander T. '26). The upcoming Conference Championships will feature twenty-four qualifiers in each event, with the top nine boys and nine girls advancing to the Bi-District Championships. Additionally, four student-athletes with the best times in each event will qualify for Bi-Districts.
